Olive Tree Restaurant sits in one of Ölüdeniz's quiet gardens, sharing its grounds with Olive Tree Suites. Named for the olive trees that surround it, the table makes one simple promise: worth travelling for.

Our Culinary Philosophy

Our kitchen carries a fusion identity — we bring the rooted texture of Aegean and Mediterranean cooking together with techniques and touches from other cuisines. We want familiar flavours presented from an unexpected but coherent point of view; a plate that feels both recognisable and quietly surprising.

Under the shade of the olive trees, seasonality isn't a slogan for us — it's how we work. Our menu doesn't stay fixed through the year; it follows what the season brings in vegetables, fruit and seafood. Olive oil, a living reminder of the trees we're named after, sits at the centre of our kitchen — showing up from the opening mezze to dessert.
